Crumbify (Internal Project)
Signal foundation. Crumbify asked a different question: what happens to trust when the web optimizes for volume instead of presence?
The problem
Search and feeds reward content mass. Human-authored signal drowns in templated pages, SEO chaff, and synthetic text. Readers cannot tell who stood behind a claim, only that something published.
The insight
Human presence beats content. A durable trail of attention, as breadcrumbs, not billboards, outperforms another thousand words of “helpful” sludge.
The outcome
Crumbify explored a breadcrumb-based signal layer: small, inspectable trails that compound into reputation instead of one-off articles. That thinking informs how Level Up Labs talks about proof, receipts, and verifiable steps across the stack, including Factimonious’s diff-level claim mapping and GhostShip’s recoverability signals.
Coordination is not only for builders. Readers deserve legibility too, who changed what, and why it should matter.
